Los Milonguitas
Since 2017, the tango trio Los Milonguitas has played more than 100 concerts in 20 countries around Europe. The group has a clear aim: that all the dancers fill the milonga´s dancefloor. Influenced by the great orchestras of the golden age (Di Sarli, D’Arienzo, Caló), Los Milonguitas offers trio versions in style as well as their own compositions, always taking into consideration the performance necessities of the milongueros, the real protagonists of the dancefloor.
El Muro Tango
With its recent debut at The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam as well as invitations to major European tango and jazz festivals, El Muro Tango is on its way to make a solid name for themselves on the international music scene. The group has been praised in the British magazine Songlines for its exceptional craftsmanship and received compliments for its great energy and captivating melancholy. Their music consists of traditional Argentine tango with a fresh and modern harmonic language, incorporating elements of jazz and South American rhythms.
Omar Mollo
Omar Mollo is an acclaimed tango singer from Pergamino, Province of Buenos Aires, currently based in the Netherlands. His latest album «Tango Cosmopolita» with the Gran Orquesta Típica OTRA was released by Sony Argentina in 2018 and nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards. In 2013 he won the Carlos Gardel Award in the category “Best album - male tango artist”, and in 2005 and 2015 he was acknowledged by the Konex Foundation as one of the best tango singers of the decade. Omar performs regularly throughout Europe, as well as in the main tango festivals in Argentina.
Electrocutango
Electrocutango gained international attention in 2005 with its innovative combination of tango rhythms and electronic effects. The legendary poet Horacio Ferrer described the music as «a solid, irreproachable and refined version of new tango in this 21st century». The band will be presenting new material from their upcoming third album! In their music, you find yourself on a journey between the melancholic and melodic, from the mysterious and unpredictable to driving and suggestive rhythms. Elements from Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Cuba, from hip hop, techno, turntableism, jazz, and of course - tango - are combined in a beautiful synergy.
